Hi all

We had our first meeting of the semester on Jan 25. Attached are the minutes from the meeting.

If you missed it, there are a few important announcements we wanted to make:

1. The Recognize print sale is still accepting entries until Friday, Feb 16 (see uhfishbowl.blogspot.com for more details)
If you wanna check out the posters that are already submitted you can check em out on the Design Lab Xfer/AIGA/AIGA Posters

2. We will be having a Shop Talk this coming Wednesday, Feb 7 from 5pm-7pm in the Fishbowl. The good people at Electric Pencil and a paper rep will be coming to talk to us about printing, paper, and all that jazz. If you would like to attend, please RSVP by Monday, Feb 5 by 12 noon. There will be pizza and bottled water at the talk so your tummies will be happy. There is a $3 charge for this event whether you choose to partake in the feast or not.

3. On Wednesday, Feb 21 from 5pm-7pm there will be another Shop Talk in the Fishbowl. The winners of the No Go Logo contest will be coming in to talk to us about Corporate ID. Same deal with the food and drinks, and $3 charge for this event. If you would like to come to this event, you must RSVP by Friday, Feb 16 by 12 noon.
